Managed implementation of a city-wide mental health response program in partnership with the City of Raleigh and 10+ organizations, and designed the strategic communications behind it.

Launch a city-backed alternative response program built with community organizations, not around them.
The Problem
Raleigh had no alternative-response option for mental health crises — every call routed through traditional policing.
What I Built
Program implementation plan, cross-organization partnership structure, and public-facing communications.
How I Built It
Built relationships with government officials, partners, and stakeholders, and led community engagement through trainings, events, and educational resources.
